INTERNSHIP - Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities

As an Sales APAC Assistant, you will work in Global Sales Team, and work closely with the Sales Administration Team (ADV)and the International Operational Marketing team.

 

You will be to support the APAC Senior Sales Manager on all aspects of the sales & account management

 

The role can be categorized  into 3 key areas:

  1. Sales & Account Management
    • Create and update presentations for both internal and external meetings.
    • Support the Sales Manager in following up the orders for key accounts.
    • Assisting the Sales Manager in day-to-day communication and operations with clients
  • Working with the Sales Manager to secure and execute additional visibility both in stores and online. Participating offline animation strategies and social media content (texts, images, videos) creation.
    • Proactively propose solutions and improvements for the consistency of our brand image by collaborating with International operational marketing team.

 

  1. Administration
    • Maintaining order forms at a regular basis.
    • Assisting in order management with Sales Manager and ADV team (product files, Chinese labels etc.)
    • Sending products and samples regularly to clients.

 

  1. Analysis
    • Conducting regular competitive analyses in Tmall, JD, TIKTOK, Little red book, focusing on market trends, promotional offers (GWP), product assortments, and pricing strategies.
    • Supporting Business Analyst & Sales Manager for data analysis.

 

Position Details:

  • Position: Sales APAC Assistant (Internship)
  • Contract: Internship (6 months)
  • Start Date: January, 2025
  • Location: Headquarter, PARIS 16

 

About you :

 

  • A keen interest in the cosmetics industry within the luxury segment.
  • Eager to learn and willing to get involved and take an interest in all aspects of the business.
  • A strong team player with the ability to work independently also.
  • Prior experience in sales desired.
  • You speak English fluently, Mandarin native level;  French is a plus.
