Shipping of your package

All your orders are delivered free of charge in the EU and from 250€ of purchase to the international

Delivery times

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 to 6 days after receipt of payment. They are shipped via FedEx® and DHL Worldwide with a tracking number and delivered without signature.

Logistics

Your order will be processed by the logistics centres located at Roissy Airport with Nippon Express France SAS in Roissy, France Transport and then delivered by FedEx® and DHL Worldwide.

During your order, we will send you information by email to track your package online as well as information from one of our delivery partners.

Shipping fees include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage costs. The preparation fee is fixed, while the shipping fee varies according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you combine all your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile objects.

Boxes are sized appropriately and your items are properly protected.

Sending a gift

If you wish to send a gift, you can note it in the comments before paying for your order.

My package is lost

We invite you to contact our Customer Service by e-mail at info@evidensdebeaute.com.

My package has been returned to the sender

Unfortunately, once your package has been returned to our headquarters, it cannot be reshipped and will be automatically refunded within 7 to 10 working days.

Exchanging an item

We dont do standard exchanges on our e-commerce site. For all requests, please contact customer service.

Refund conditions

The item must be returned in its original condition and within the 15 day cooling off period. If you return your order in full, EviDenS de Beauté will refund your order. Please note that products whose packaging has been detached cannot be returned.

For all refund requests, contact customer service to send you the return delivery sticker.

Refund methods

Except in exceptional cases, your refund will be made by the original method of payment for your order.

Refund period

You will receive an email as soon as we receive your order to inform you of the refund. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for the EviDenS de Beauté head office to process your return package.

Default of order

We work every day to offer you exceptional products, if despite all our quality controls, our product has a defect, we invite you to contact our customer service.
