1. Apply The Body Peeling Gel to damp skin, after a warm shower.

2. Gently massage with circular strokes.

3. Leave on for 1 to 2 minutes and then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

4. Use The Body Peeling Gel once or twice a week.
