Key Responsibilities
As an Operational Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with the Global Sales Team and the International Operational Marketing Manager.
Your key tasks will include:
Day-to-Day Operations:
• Assist the International Operational Marketing Manager with communication and requests from retailers and distributors (e.g., sampling, product images, brand guidelines, new product forms)
Global Operational Marketing:
• Create presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including market feedback and activations
• Follow-up on the Marketing Plan and assist in 360-degree launches in collaboration with the Marketing Team
• Develop or adapt marketing materials and advertising tools for local markets (hotels/spas, travel retail, retailers), ensuring alignment with the global brand image
• Support in visual merchandising and the adaptation of planograms for points of sale, according to internal brand guidelines
• Responsible for updating sales tools according to market needs
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
• Conduct social media tracking to identify new trends, key events, and competitor activations
• Conduct market studies focused on competitors' offerings and pricing in international markets
Events & Trade Shows:
• Assist in organizing trade shows and customer events, ensuring smooth execution and high brand visibility
