Position: International Retail Marketing & Communication Assistant

In collaboration with the EviDenS de Beauté Global Team worldwide and with International Communication and Trade Marketing Manager in particular, you will participate in:
I / RETAIL MARKETING
Strategic plan
- Help in defining the Retail Marketing plan for year N + 1
- Writing animation concepts and creation of strong, coherent and easily implementable 360 ° (Valentine's day, Woman's day, Mother's Day, Summer, Holiday)
Retail Marketing Developments
- Support for the development of all products: design, artworks, mock-up, proofs
- Help in creating agency briefs for shootings and new developments
- Creation of Product books and/or Launch books to send to markets
- Support for the development of Retail marketing tools: GWP, wrapping, discovery cards, leaflets ...
Client Experience
- Support in developing the brand's customer experience
- Participate in the introduction of new services and monitor existing local initiatives to enhance and optimize the customer experience
- Participation in the operational organization of events
Competition Review
- Competitive review for all Key Commercial Periods: content gathering, analyzes and presentations
- Store checks with the manager
II / COMMUNICATION
Strategy & Content creation support
- Participate to identify and strengthen brand pillars
- Oversees content creation with agencies and talent
- Guarantee brand equity and image in all markets
- Support for 360 communications activations plans for new launches: press, influence, event,e-commerce, social media
- Press Relations
- develop brand assets and markets guidelines for local implementation
- works directly with 1 or 2 key markets PR agencies
- oversee creation of PR content (kits, releases, images)
- Influence
- Develop guidelines for local implementation HQ validation
- Build relationships and partnerships with key parisian influencers
- Reporting
- Spa expertise : works closely with the Spa & Hotels team to create optimized influence strategy
- Social media
- Build the social calendar
- Internal interface for community management (instagram, facebook, youtube)
- Create engagement strategy via social media (ex : IG live collborations)
- Events
- International events : create concept, content, and works with event agencies
- Local events : create guidelines, supervises local roll out
- BtoB / Markets : works with Sales Team to implemented specific strategies when relevant
PROFIL
- Passion & sensitivity for the world of beauty and/or luxury
- Ideally, you have a first successful experience in marketing in the beauty and/or luxury industry
- Excellent written and spoken English and French.
- Essential qualities: solution driven, multi-tasking, curiosity, attention to details, creative side is a must
- Microsoft Office (Advanced)
