Stage - Operational Marketing Assistant (PARIS)

In collaboration with the EviDenS de Beauté Global Sales Team and the International Operational Marketing Manager in particular, you will participate in:
 

Reporting to the International Operational Marketing Manager supporting with communication to retailers/distributors on basic material info preparation and requests as needed (sampling, product images, brand charter, new line form, etc.)
 
Follow up day to day needs and liaison with the Sales
 
Operational marketing for Global markets

• Participate and follow up in Sales Weekly Meeting
• Pilot and Analyse the update of Sell out Reports on monthly basis and retail sales tracking
• Create presentation internally and externally, including feedbacks and activations done from different markets (cross service meeting, newsletter B2B, business presentations) validated by manager
• Organizing events such as trade show or customers events
• Operational follow-up of Marketing Plan and 360 Launches with the Marketing Team
• Development or adaptation of marketing materials and advertising tools for local markets (Hotels/spa, Travel Retail, Retailers, Distributors), in line with global brand image standards
• Adapt Visual Merchandising/Planogram for points of sales according to defined internal guidelines
• Responsible of sales tools updates (Global doors count, Press Book, Training tool, Client data base)
• Tracking of social media (new trends, key events and activations etc.) and marketing studies of Hotel & Spa, Travel retail environment
• Assist Operational Marketing Manager in operational tasks
