How to Apply

1. After thoroughly cleansing skin with the Bi-Phase Eye and Lip Make-Up Remover, apply The Special Eye Treatment to the area around the eye when clean and dry, in the morning and/or evening.

2. Gently massage into the skin from the inner to the outer corner of the area below and above the eye.

3. Use gentle pinching movements over crow's feet and frown lines.
