Can I use my loyalty points to pay the subscription?

No, the loyalty points cannot be used to pay for a subscription. But, after the subscription is made, you will still receive the amount of loyalty points relative to your cart amount, for every single delivery.

Will I recieve any discount?

Yes. You’ll receive a 15% discount on your initial purchase, as well as 15% off on all subsequent recurring orders.

How can I change my delivery address?

You can change your future deliveries by visiting the 'Subscriptions' tab within the ‘Your Account’ section on the evidensdebeaute.com website.

Will I be notified before eaych delivery?

You can view your future deliveries by visiting the 'Subscriptions' tab within the ‘Your Account’ section on the evidensdebeaute.com website. All of your upcoming deliveries will be listed by date.

CAN THE PRICE OF PRODUCTS I BUY CHANGE?

In the event of a price change, the cost of the subscription remains at the price initially concluded upon subscription.

CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION ANY TIME?

You can cancel your subscription any time after three delivery cycles – you just need give us 48 hours' notice.

HOW DO I MODIFY THE DELIVER FREQUENCY?

You can modify your delivery frequency by visiting the 'Subscriptions' tab within the ‘Your Account’ section on the evidensdebeaute.com website.

HOW DO I COMBINE ITEMS TO BE IN THE SAME ORDERS?

Simply add all the items that you would like in the same subscription to your basket and proceed to checkout after selecting your Subscribe & Save delivery frequency.
